Rick Beane became a board member of Quad Plus, Inc. in 2020. His corporate career included 40 years of experience in the Industrial Automation business. He started his career with Texas Instruments as a Production Test Engineer. He then moved through various positions including R&D engineer, Software Engineer, Application Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Vertical Manager, Director of Automation Support Services before finishing his career as Vice President of Industrial Automation Services. This business exceeded $300M with 700+ employees. Rick received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and currently resides in East Tennessee with his family.
