Nancy Pechloff

Ms. Pechloff became a member of the Board of Quad Plus, Inc. in 1995. Ms. Pechloff has more than 40 years of professional services experience in public accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. She previously served as Managing Director of Protiviti (2005–2019) and reported directly to the CEO of Protiviti from 2013 until her retirement, as the leader of the Central Region. From 2002 to 2004, Nancy was an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Washington University. Ms. Pechloff began her career at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1973, where she was a partner from 1984–2002. At Arthur Andersen, Nancy led the global Enterprise Group that specialized in serving entrepreneurial companies and public offerings. Ms. Pechloff served on the Board and Audit Committee of Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT), a global digital consultancy firm, until its recent sale to an affiliate of EQT AB, a global private equity fund. She also previously served on the Board and Audit Committees of Allegiant Bancorp and Phoenix Textile Company. Ms. Pechloff has been a member of the Board and served as Board Chair for the Missouri State Board of Accountancy. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting from Western Illinois University, where she is a Distinguished Alumnus. Nancy is a recipient of Consulting Magazine’s Women Leaders in Consulting Lifetime Achievement Award and is currently a member of the St. Louis Chapter of Women Corporate Directors.
